Having been appointed under "The Electoral Districts Act, 1858," by His Excellency
the Governor for the purpose of forming an Electoral Roll under that Act for the County of
Hawke, I hereby declare that the List of Persons placed on the Electoral Roll for 1858 for
the District of Ahuriri, and published in the Government Gazette for the Province of Wel-
lington, No. 21, dated July 24, 1858, shall hereafter form, for the purposes of the aforesaid
Act, the Electoral Roll for the County of Hawke.
