THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE,

times as the Governor shall, with the advice of
the Executive Council, by proclamation from
time to time appoint,

Now, therefore, I, the Governor, with the ad-
vice of the Executive Council, do hereby further
proclaim and appoint that Circuit Courts shall
be holden for the Northern District at the
Town of Auckland, on the Twelfth day of
January next, and in every year on the First
day of March, the First day of June, the First
day of September, and the first day of De-
cember; and for the Middle District at the
Town of Wellington on the First day of
March, the First day of June, the First day
of September, and the First day of December
in every year; and at the Town of Nelson
on the Fifteenth day of January and the
Fifteenth day of July in every year; and for
the Southern District, at the Town of
Lyttelton, on the First day of March, the first
day of June, the First day of September, and
the First day of December in every year, or as
soon after the said days respectively as con-
veniently may be.

And in case any one of the said days so
fixed-as aforesaid shall happen to be a Sunday
or Holiday, then the Court appointed for such
day shall be holden on the day following.
