IT is hereby notified that in accordance with
the provisions of the "Coroners' Act, 1858"
the Governor has appointed that the Coroner
at Raglan shall have jurisdiction within the
district defined as follows, that is to say, By the
Waikato River from its mouth to its junction
with the Waipa River, thence by the Waipa to
Rangitoto, thence by the Native pathway to
Motu Karamu, thence by a line to Mokau
River, thence by the Mokau River to the sea,
thence by High-water Mark to the mouth of
the Waikato River.

having been laid before the Governor, in con-
formity with the provisions of the Constitution
Act, His Excellency has been pleased to leave
the same to its operation.
