NOTICE.

Custom House, Wellington,
December 22, 1857.

NOTICE is hereby given that, the under-
mentioned Warehouses have been ap-
proved under the 34th section of the Ordinance
of the Governor and Council of New Zealand,
4th Victoria, No. 3, for the reception of Goods
under Bond, viz:-a Wood and Brick Ware-
house, situate in Garish-street, the property of
William Smart Loxley, Merchant; a Brick
Cellar, Custom House Buildings, the property
of Stuart, Kinross, & Co.; a Wooden Building
on Lambton Quay, the property of William
Bowler, Son, & Co.; a Wooden Building on
Lambton Quay, the property of John Plimmer
and Sons; and a portion of an Iron Store with
Brick and Wood Cellar underneath, situate on
Te Aro Beach, the property of William
Barnard Rhodes & Co.

I, WILLIAM FOX, a Commissioner duly
appointed by virtue of the Ordinance
No. 15, Session 11, of the Legislative Council
of the Islands of New Zealand; to hear and
decide claims to land by persons claiming title
from, through, or under the New Zealand
Company, report that the Claims of the un-
dermen tioned persons having been duly refer-
red to me I do hereby decide the said persons
to be respectively entitled to the Crown Grants
set opposite their names.
