THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Auckland, April 12th, 1858.

PURSUANT to an Ordinance of the Lieu-
tenant-Governor and Legislative Council
of New Zealand, Session VIII, No. 11, intituled
"An Ordinance to secure the payment of cer-
tain Government Debentures out of the
General Revenue of the Colony," Notice is
hereby given that all principal monies and
interest secured by the Debentures charged
upon the General Revenue of the Colony of
New Zealand by virtue of the said Ordinance
(as the same are, or are intended to be, here-
under specified) will be paid on presentation
of the said Debentures at the Treasury,
Auckland, on the thirteenth day of July next.

Notice is also given that pursuant to the
terms of such of the said Debentures as carry
interest, no interest will accrue after the said
thirteenth day of July, on the principal mo-
nies thereby secured.

Notice is also given that the holders of the
said Debentures will have the option of recevi-
ing principal and interest up to the day of
payment on any day previous to the said
thirteenth day of July.
