NOTICE OF HEARING.

Court of Claims,
Auckland, January 27th, 1857.

PURSUANT to the Land Claims Settle-
ment Act, 1856, the Claims specified in
the annexed Schedule will be heard in open
Court, at the General Assembly House in
Auckland, on WEDNESDAY, the 18th day of
February next, at noon; at which time and
place the claimant and all parties interested
are required to attend, with their witnesses
and the original deeds or documents relating
to the respective claims.

nance, No. 15, Session 11, of the Legislative
Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to
hear and decide claims to land by persons
