lency the Governor has been pleased to
appoint

THE HARBOUR OF WANGARREI,
in the Province of Auckland, to be a
PORT OF ENTRY
for the Colony.

undermentioned gentleman should be added to
the Commission of the Peace for the Pro-
vince of Auckland

NOTICE is hereby given that all claims to
a right to Vote for the Election of the
Members of the House of Representatives, of the
Superintendent, and of the Members of the
Provincial Council, in the Province of Auck-
land, will be received at the Police Office,
Auckland, from the 1st to the 30th of April,
in accordance with the provision of the Act
entitled "An Act to grant a Representative
Constitution to the Islands of New Zealand,
15 and 16 Vict., Reg. Cap. Ixxii, 30th June,
1852.
