I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar General of
Births, Deaths, and Marriages for New Zealand,
do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full
and correct List of all the Names of Officiating
Ministers for the Year 1856, which have been
duly sent in to me, in addition to the Names
which appeared in a List published in the
"New Zealand Government Gazette," of the
25th of January last.

NOTICE is hereby given that a wooden
Store, situate in Waghorn-street, Har-
dinge Road, the property of Mr. T. H.
Fitzgerald, has been approved, under the
34th Section of the Customs Regulation Or-
dinance, Session 1, No. 3, for the free Ware-
housing and securing of Goods under Bond
at this Port.

LICENSING MEETING.

Resident Magistrate's Court, Onehunga,
12th March, 1856.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual
Meeting of the Justices of the Peace for
the District of Onehunga, Panmure and Ota-
huhu, will be holden at the Resident Magis-
trate's Court, Onehunga, on Tuesday the 15th
day of April, 1856, at 12 o'clock noon, for the
purpose of taking into consideration applica-
tions for Licenses to sell Spirituous Liquors,
Wine, Ale, and Beer.
