AN ACT to authorise the division of the Provinces of the Colony of New Title.
Zealand into Counties, Hundreds, and Parishes.

(Assented to 7th August, 1856.)

WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise the subdivision of the Preamble.
several Provinces of the Colony of New Zealand for civil
purposes.
