IN pursuance of the provisions of the New Zealand Constitution Act, His Excellency the
Governor directs the publication of the following Acts of the General Assembly for public
information.

ACT, 1856.

IN THE TWENTIETH YEAR OF THE REIGN OF HER MAJESTY QUEEN
VICTORIA.

SESSION 4, No 10.

ANALYSIS.

Parliament sat at General Assembly House (nicknamed the 'Shedifice') in Auckland from 1854-1864, sharing the building with the Auckland Provincial Council.
