Act of the General Assembly of New
Zealand, intituled "The Marriage Act,
1854," the following additional names of
Officiating Ministers within the meaning
of the said Act are published for general
information:-

FREE CHURCH OF SCOTLAND (OTAGO.)

" " William Bannerman.

I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General
for New Zealand, do hereby certify that the
foregoing is a full and correct list of all names
date, have been sent in to me, in addition
to the names which appeared in lists pub-
lished in the New Zealand Government
Gazette of the 18th and the 26th of January
last.

sterling has been invested under the Warrant
of His Excellency the Governor, in the Public
Funds in England, through the Commissariat

Treasury.
