It will be necessary that the names of all
Officiating Ministers, certified in the form
and manner prescribed by law, be sent in to
me, during the month of December next
ensuing, in order that such names may be
duly entered in my List, a copy of which will
be published, in the month of January, 1856,
in "the New Zealand Government Gazette."
