IN conformity with the directions of His
Excellency the Governor it is here-
by notified for general information, that
Members of the House
of Representatives for the undermentioned
Districts in the Islands of New Zealand having
been issued in accordance with the provisions
of an Act to grant a Representative Consti-
tution to the Colony of New Zealand, the
Returning Officers for the said several dis-
tricts have returned the said Writs, with cer-
tificates, to the effect that the undermen-
tioned Gentlemen have been duly elected to
serve as Members of the said House of Re-
presentatives for the said several districts.

IN conformity with the directions of His
Excellency the Governor it is here-
by notified for general information,
that a Writ for the Election of a Superin-
tendent of the Province of Auckland having
been issued in accordance with the provisions
of an Act to grant a Representative Consti-
tution to the Colony of New Zealand, the
Principal Returning Officer for the aforesaid
Province has returned the said Writ, with a
certificate, to the effect that the under-
tioned Gentleman has been duly elected to
serve as Superintendent of the Province of
Auckland.

tioned Gentlemen have been duly elected to
serve as Members of the said Provincial
Council for the said several districts,
