Esq., of the Colonial Bank of Issue at Auck-
land, under the 33rd section of the "Paper
Currency Ordinance," Sess. 3, No. 16.

Magistrate for the Bay of Islands District;

POYNTER, Commissioners duly ap-
pointed to hear and decide claims to land
by persons claiming title thereto, from
through or under the New Zealand Com-

whose claims have been referred to us by his
Honor the Superintendent, are duly entitled
to the Crown Grants for land or to the Go-
vernment Scrip, the particulars whereof are
set opposite their respective names.
