the following Acts passed in Session, No. 3, by the General Assem-

WHEREAS by an Act made and passed by the General Preamble reciting No. 2, Session 2.
Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Naturalization No. 2, Session 2.

VUW Te Waharoa — NZ Gazette 1855, No 22

Parliament sat at General Assembly House (nicknamed the 'Shedifice') in Auckland from 1854-1864, sharing the building with the Auckland Provincial Council.

Ironically the Upper House met on the lower story, and the Lower House on the upper story.
