I, Thomas Outhwaite, Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the above is a true and faithful Return of all Unclaimed Balances
belonging to Deceased Persons' Estates administered and paid by me into the Treasury of the Province of Auckland and Colony of New Zealand from the first day of October to the 31st
day of December, 1854.

Made and declared at Auckland, this tenth day of January, 1855, before me.

HIS Excellency the Officer administering
the Government has been pleased to
appoint the undermentioned gentleman to be
Registrar under the Act recently passed by
the General Assembly (No. 12, Session 2),
intituled "The Marriage Act, 1854," for the
District set opposite his name.

FRANCIS LONGBOURNE VICKERMAN, Regis-
trar for District of Wairau.

This appointment to take effect from the
1st instant.

Auckland, 11th, January, 1855.

WITH reference to the subsequent notice
of this date, from this office, publishing
the names of Persons to whom Depasturing
Licenses have been issued within the several
Hundreds of Auckland, Onehunga, Panmure,
Otahuhu, Howick, and Pupuke, for the year
1855, I hereby call Meetings to be held in con-
formity with the provisions of the Crown Lands
Ordinances (No. 1, Sess. 10, and No. 2, Sess.
11), at the places and times specified below,
of such Holders of Depasturing Licenses, for
the purpose of electing from among them-
selves three Wardens, within the said Hun-
dreds respectively, who shall have the regu-
lation and apportionment, for the current
year, of the right of Pasturage upon the
Waste Crown Lands within the said Hun-
dreds, and also be entrusted with the other
powers specified in the said Ordinances.

For the Hundred of AUCKLAND,
At Newmarket, near Hobson's Bridge, on
Saturday, the 10th February, at 4 o'clock, p.m.

For the Hundred of ONEHUNGA,
At the village on Monday, the 12th Feb.,
at noon.

For the Hundred of PANMURE,
At the village on Tuesday, the 13th Feb.,
at noon.

For the Hundred of OTAHUHU,
At the village on Wednesday, the 14th
Feb., at noon.

For the Hundred of HOWICK,
At the Resident Magistrate's Office on
Thursday, the 15th Feb., at noon.

For the Hundred of PUPUKE,
At the cottage of Mr. J. Nowlan, near the
Roman Catholic College, on the North Shore,
on Wednesday, the 7th Feb., at noon.

None but personal attendants (being Li-
cense Holders) at these Meetings will be al-
lowed to vote.
