Excellency the Offices Administering the Government directs the publication
of the following Acts of the General Assembly, for public information.

WHEREAS certain Acts of the Imperial Parliament specified Preamble.
in the Schedule hereunto annexed have been passed for the
amendment of the Law and it is expedient that the same be
adopted and brought into operation within this Colony.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the General Assembly of New
Zealand as follows:
