SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of
the Supreme Court, for the dispatch of
Criminal Business, will be holden at the
Court House, Auckland, on FRIDAY, the
first day of September next, at ten o'clock in
the forenoon; and, that a Sitting for the des-
patch of Civil Business, will be holden at
the Court House on THURSDAY, the seventh
day of September next, at ten o'clock in the
forenoon, at which times and place all persons
under recognizance to appear as prosecutors,
defendants or witnesses are required to give
their attendance.
