after the 1st of April next, of the New Zealand
Government Gazette, Proceedings of Council,
Forms, &c.-
The specifications of work to be done and the
terms of Contract, may be seen on application
at this Office.

T HE undermentioned Deeds of Grant are
now lying at this Office ready for delivery
and his Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor
directs it to be notified, that for every Deed not
taken up within three months after the date of
this Gazette, a fee of five shillings will be charged
for each month it may remain beyond that
period, according to the "Crown Grants' Ordi-
nance," Session V, No. 3.
In cases where it is impossible for the Grantee
to attend in person to receive his Deed, it will
be delivered to the bearer of an authority accor-
ding to the subjoined form, certified by a Magis-
trate, or by a Solicitor of the Supreme Court.
