lative Council will meet for the despatch of
business on Monday, the 5th day of October,
proximo, at two o'clock, p.m.

TENDERS will be received at this Office
until 12 o'clock on Monday, the 12th
October, 1846, from Parties desirous of Con-
tracting for the Work and Materials for the
Repair of the Drain in Queen Street.

A Plan and Specification of the Work re-
quired to be performed can be seen on appli-
cation at the Office of the Surveyor-General.

Tenders to be sealed and endorsed "Ten-
ders for Repairing the Drain in Queen Street."
