ANY person setting fire to Fern, or Wood,
or Bush, maliciously, is liable to trans-
portation.
Any person by whose act, whether malicious
or otherwise-damage is caused by fire to the
property of another person, is liable to an
action at law.
Any person who may become liable, as above
mentioned, will be proceeded against by the
person aggrieved or by the Government-and
prosecuted with the utmost rigour of the law.

Magistrate, or of by a Solicitor of the Supreme
Court.
