NOTICE,
Colonial Secretary's Office,
Auckland, 13th January, 1845.
O N and after the first day of February next,
Milch Cows, Heifers, Calves under a year
old, and Horses broken in for the saddle, will
be admitted into Auckland Park on application
to the Keeper, and agreement to pay him one
penny per diem for each animal as a remunera-
tion for his trouble.

SALE OF GOVERNMENT STORES.

Auckland, 14th January, 1845.
O N Thursday, the 24th instant, at Eleven
o'clock in the forenoon, Mr. D. Nathan
will sell by Auction, at his Store, Auckland,
the Articles mentioned in the subjoined Listβ€”
50 axes; 6 boxes; 4 wheels; 30 chisels, of
sorts; 56 files, assorted; 30 gimblets, of sizes ;
6 winker bridles; 6 backbands and chains; 3
collars; 1 pair haimes; 8 hobbles; 3 police
saddles; 3 pack saddles; 5 cart saddles and
breeching; 100 harrow pins; 120 hoes; 60
blocks, of sizes; 29 dead eyes; 4 iron plates,
for hearths; 150 screws, of sizes; 3 scythes,
with rings; 3 shovels; 8 spades; 63 lbs. blis-
ter steel; 38 lbs. shear steel; 4 cross cut saws;

3 pit saws, and tillers; 30 stonemason's chisels;
4 stonemason's trowls; 8 lbs thread; 30 lbs.
bell wire; 1 winnowing machine, and 1 fire
engine.

CROWN GRANTS.
Colonial Secretary's Office,
Auckland, 14th January, 1845.
T HE undermentioned Deeds of Grant are
now lying at this Office, and will be de-
livered to the Grantees, on application, on or
after Monday, the 20th instant.
In cases where it is impossible for the Grantee
to attend in person to receive his Deed, it will
be delivered to the bearer of an authority
according to the subjoined form, certified by a
Magistrate, or by a Solicitor of the Supreme
Court.
