NOTICE.

THE partnership hitherto existing between
the undersigned, carrying on business at
Russell, Bay of Islands, New Zealand, under
the style and firm of Simmons, Weston, & Co.,
is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All
parties indebted to the late firm are requested
to pay their respective amounts to either Tho-
mas Weston or William Hobson, who are
hereby duly authorised to receive the same, and
whose receipt will be a sufficient discharge ;

and all parties having claims against the late
firm are requested to forward them immediately
for liquidation.
