NOTICE is hereby given that the partner-
ship hitherto subsisting between Alexan-
der Skene Sturgeon and John Partis Haswell,
under the firm of Sturgeon and Haswell, late
of Manukao, New Zealand, is this day dissolved
by mutual consent. The liabilities of the firm
will be discharged by Mr. Sturgeon on presen-

tation, who is also authorised to receive all
sums due to them. Dated at Auckland, this
twenty-sixth day of December, 1844.
