NOTICE is hereby given that Tenders will be
received at this Office until Noon, of
Tuesday, the 20th day of February instant, from
Persons willing to Contract for Metalling Queen-
street, and the middle of Shortland Crescent,
in the Town of Auckland.
Tenders must contain the names of two per-
sons willing to become bound for the due per-
formance of the Work, according to Specifica-
tions.
Particulars may be obtained at the Office of
the Superintendent of Public Works.

NOTICE is hereby given that Tenders will
be received at this Office until noon on
Tuesday, the 20th day of February next, for the
performance of Smiths' work for the Colonial
Service, until the end of the present year.
Information respecting the probable descrip-
tion of work to be required, and the terms of
delivery and of payment, may be obtained on
application to the Superintendent of Public
Works.

TENDERS will be received at this Office
until noon on Tuesday, the 20th day of
February next, from parties who may be desi-
rous to enter into a Contract to perform, for
the remainder of the present year, the Painters,
Plumbers, and Glaziers work, required by this
Government.
Information respecting the terms of payment,
and other particulars, may be had on application
to the Superintendent of Public Works, or at
this Office.

take the supply of a considerable quantity of
Blocks of Scoria, for Public Works.
The Tenders to be sealed and endorsed "Ten-
ders for Scoria." Parties who may be desirous
to Tender are referred to the Superintendent of
Public Works for such further information as
they may wish for.

NOTICE is hereby given that Tenders will
be received at this Office until noon of
Tuesday, the 20th day of February next, for
furnishing for the Colonial Service such articles
of Stationery as may be required for Office or
Printing purposes until the end of the current
year.
Information respecting the description of the
articles likely to be required, to whom they are
to be delivered, and how paid for, may be ob-
tained on application at this Office.

SUPREME COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of
the Supreme Court for the despatch of
Criminal Business will be holden at the Court
House, Auckland, on Friday the first day of
March next, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon, and
that a sitting for the despatch of Civil Business
will be holden at the Court House on Thursday,
the seventh day of March next, at the hour of
Ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which times and
place all persons under recognizances to appear
either as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses,
are required to give their attendance.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of
this Court, for the dispatch of Criminal
business, will be held on Tuesday, the 20th
instant, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, at the
Court House, in Auckland; at which time and
place, all persons bound by recognizance to
appear either as prosecutors, defendants, or
witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
The Court will sit on the following day for
the dispatch of civil business.
