Auckland, 30th January, 1844.

I N consequence of the abolition of the Office
of Colonial Storekeeper, Officers of this
Government who may require articles for the
service of their respective Departments, are
requested to forward the usual Requisitions, at
the prescribed periods, direct to this Office.
The information respecting the amount estimated
and that previously sanctioned for the service of
the current year must be specified, or the Requi-
sition will not be approved of.
Requisitions are, in all cases, to contain the
prices at which the several articles can be pro-
cured, whether from a contractor or by purchase.
The approved Requisitions are to form Vouchers
to the Bills for such supplies.

M R. NATHAN has received instructions to
offer for Public Sale, on Monday, the 5th
February, 1844, at the Government Store, at 12

T HE LANDS advertised in the Government Gazette, by the Proclamation dated the 3rd day
of October, 1843, having, in pursuance thereof, been offered to public competition on
the 18th and 19th days of December, 1843, the under-mentioned Lots have been sold to the
parties named, and the price affixed has been received. The remaining Lots having been with-
drawn, in consequence of no offers having been made at the upset price.

of a large quantity of Iron, Bullock and Pack
Harness, Shoemakers', Garden, Blacksmiths',
Carpenters', and other Tools, Clothing, Blankets,
&c. Further particulars may be had by apply-
ing to the Auctioneer, or at the Colonial Store.

ern District of New Ulster, New Zealand.

ISAAC WINDSOR, deceased, Intestate.

P URSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable
Court, the creditors of the above-named
deceased are, on or before the 15th day of Feb-
ruary, 1844, to come in and prove their claims
before Robert Rodger Strang, Esquire, Clerk of
said Court, at his Office, in the Court House,
Wellington, or in default thereof they will be
peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising
from the said estate.
