PROCLAMATION.
By His Excellency ROBERT FITZROY,
Esquire, Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice
Admiral of the same, &c., &c., &c.
I THE GOVERNOR, do hereby advertise
, and proclaim that, at Eleven o'clock,
on Tuesday, the 30th day of January, 1844,
the Colonial Treasurer will put up to Auction
at the Treasury, the undermentioned Lots,
on the terms and conditions and under the
provisions of an Act of Parliament, passed in
the fifth and sixth years of the reign of Her
Majesty Queen Victoria, chap. 36, entituled
"An Act for regulating the Sale of Waste
"Lands belonging to the Crown in the Australian
"Colonies.
Deposit on the purchase-money, Ten pounds
per centum.
COUNTY OF EDEN,
PARISH OF WAITEMATA,
TOWN OF AUCKLAND.
Upset price—£100 per acre.
Section No. 9, containing 10 acres, 1 rood,
and 0 perches.
Section No. 10, containing 12 acres, 2 roods,
and 0 perches.
Section No. 11, containing 5 acres, 0 roods,
and 0 perches.
Section No. 32, containing 8 acres, 2 roods,
and 0 perches.
Section No. 33, containing 12 acres, 0 roods,
and 0 perches.
Section No. 34, containing 6 acres, 1 rood,
and 0 perches.
Section No. 35, containing 15 acres, 0 roods,
and 0 perches.
Section No. 36, containing 16 acres, 3 roods,
and 0 perches.
SUBURBAN LOTS.
Upset price—£5 per acre.
Three hundred and sixty-three acres, two
roods, and seven perches, more or less, com-
prised in the following Sections :—
Section No. 1.—Forty-four acres. Lots 91,
92, 93, 94, & 95.
Section No. 2.—Sixty-seven acres, one rood,
and one perch. Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17,
18, 19, 21, & 22.
Section No. 3.—Eighteen acres, three roods,
and thirty-six perches. Lots 13, 14, 15, 17,
37, & 38.
Section No. 4.—One hundred and thirteen
acres. Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15,
16, 18, 19, 21, 22, & 23.
Section No. 6.—One hundred and twenty
acres, one rood, and ten perches. Lots 3, 4,
5, 6, 7, 15, & 24.
