CROWN GRANTS.

Colonial Secretary's Office,
Auckland, 20th November, 1844.

THE undermentioned Deeds of Grant are
now lying at this Office, and will be de-
livered to the Grantees, on application, on or
after Monday, the 25th instant, and on pre-
sentation of the Colonial Treasurer's receipt,
when the land has been purchased at Crown
Sales.

In cases where it is impossible for the Grantee
to attend in person to receive his Deed, it will
be delivered to the bearer of an authority
certified by a Magistrate, or by a Solicitor of
the Supreme Court.
