H IS Excellency the Governor directs it to
be notified, that for the purposer of the
46th Section of the " Court of Request's Or-
dinance," Session 3, No. 9, whereby it is pro-
vided, "That when Judgment shall have, been
given in any Suit in any County Court before the
1st day of October, 1844, Execution may be had
- and all other proceedings taken on such Judg-
ment as fully and effectually as if the County
Court Ordinance (Session 2, No. 2) had not
been repealed. The Commissioners of the re-
spective Courts of Requests and the Clerks
thereof, have been and hereby are named and
appointed to carry into effect the provision of
the said Ordinance hereinbefore recited."

30th of December next, is the date fixed
by the Governor for the next Land Sale-of
which the usual notice will be given by Pro-
clamation. This Sale will be the last at which
Land Scrip obtained under Commission Awards
on Land Claims will be available in Exchange.
