WHEREAS the Boats belonging to Gov-
ernment have been from time to time
robbed of their Ropes, Blocks, and other Gear,
which are necessarily exposed to keep them in
readiness for the Public Service-this is to give
notice that Rewards, varying, according to the
value of the Property, from Β£2 to Β£5, will be
paid to persons who may give information of
such robberies, so as to lead to the conviction of
offenders.

SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of
the Supreme Court, for the dispatch of
Criminal business, will be holden at the Court
House, at Russell, Bay of Islands, on Tuesday,
the first day of October next, at ten o'clock in
the forenoon, at which time and place all per-
sons under recognizances to appear either as
prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are re-
quired to give their attendance.

The Court will be open for the dispatch of
Civil business on the following day.

Paton, lately carrying on business in Auckland
