DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partner-
ship hitherto subsisting between James
Anderson and Samuel Shaw, as Painters and
Glaziers, at Auckland, is this day dissolved by
mutual consent. All parties indebted to the
said firm are requested to pay the amount of
their respective accounts to James Anderson,
who is authorized to receive the same, and who
will discharge all their liabilities.
Dated at Auckland, this 12th day of Decem-
ber, 1843.

NOTICE.
THE Partnership heretofore existing between
ALEXANDER MCGUIRE and DAVID ARTHUR,
as Publicans, has ceased to exist, in con-
sequence of the former having withdrawn from
the country, and no liabilities contracted by
him will be discharged or liquidated by the
undersigned from this date.

ERRATUM. In the Proclamation dated
the 6th January, for "Monday, the 29th,"
read "Tuesday, the 30th."
