of Foot, at Auckland, New Zealand.
Name—DANIEL FISHER, Private.
Age—About 23 years.
Size—5 feet 9 inches.
Description of Person—Make or form, slight;
complexion, sallow; eyes, large; hair, sooty
black; visage, long; countenance, rather for-
bidding.
Town or Parish where born—Abbeylakes,
King's county, Ireland.
Former Trade or Occupation—Labourer.
Date of Desertion—20th May, 1844.
Place of Desertion—Auckland, New Zealand.
Dress at the Time of Desertion—Red shell
jacket, black cloth trousers, leather stock, forage
cap, and regimental boots.

Name—DENIS SULLIVAN, Private.
Age—About 24 years.
Size—5 feet 6 inches.
Description of Person—Make or form, stout;
complexion, fair; eyes, blue; hair, light brown;
countenance, open; and a scar on the left eye.
Town or Parish where born—Mackerky,
Thurnes, county Tipperary, Ireland.
Former Trade or Occupation—Labourer.
Date of Desertion—20th May, 1844.
Place of Desertion—Auckland, New Zealand.
Dress at the Time of Desertion—Red shell
jacket, black cloth trousers, leather stock, forage
cap, and regimental boots.
A reward of Two Pounds will be paid to any
person who apprehends either of the two Sol-
diers.

COUNTY COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of
this Court, for the dispatch of Criminal
business, will be held at the Court House, at
- Auckland, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, on
Tuesday, the 18th day of June next; at which
time and place, all persons bound by recogni-
zance to appear either as prosecutors, defend-
ants, or witnesses, are required to give their
attendance.
The Court will sit on the following day for
the dispatch of civil business.

this Court, for the dispatch of Criminal

Russell, in the Bay of Islands, at 10 o'clock in
the forenoon, on Tuesday, the 16th day of July
next.; at which time and place, all persons
bound by recognizance to appear as prosecutors,
defendants, or witnesses, are required to give
their attendance.
The Court will sit on the following day for
the dispatch of civil business.
