NOTICE is hereby given to the Purchasers
of Suburban Lots, who have been unable
to attend on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Instant, for
the purpose of having their boundaries pointed
out, according to the Notice of the 21st Janu-
ary, in the Government Gazette; that a Surveyor
will be in attendance on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and
4th, of March next, for that purpose, after
which no application will be attended to.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a sitting of
the Supreme Court for the despatch of
Civil Business, will be holden at the Court
House, Auckland, on Wednesday, the first day
of March, next, at ten o'Clock in the forenoon;
and that a sitting for the despatch of Criminal
Business, will be holden at the Court House, on
Tuesday the seventh day of March, next, at
Ten o'Clock in the forenoon, at which time and
place, all persons under recognizances to appear
either as Prosecutors, Defendants or Witnesses,
are required to give their attendance.
