SHORTLAND, Esquire, the Officer
administering the Government of the
Colony of New Zealand and its De-
pendencies, and Vice Admiral of the
same, &c., &c., &c. Issued under the
Lot No. 17, containing 6 acres, 3 roods, and
15 perches.
Lot No. 18, containing 5 acres, 1 rood, and
25 perches.
Lot No. 19, containing 6 acres, 1 rood, and
12 perches.
Lot No. 21, containing 5 acres, 2 roods, and 4
perches
Lot No. 22, containing 7 acres, I rood, and
12 perches.
THE OFFICER administering the Govern-
ment, do hereby advertise and proclaim
that, at Eleven o'clock on Thursday, the 16th day
of February, 1843, the Colonial Treasurer will
put up to Auction at the Treasury, the under-
mentioned Suburban and Country Lots, on
the terms and conditions and under the
provisions of an Act of Parliament, passed
in the fifth and sixth years of the reign
of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, chap. 36, en-
tituled "An Act for regulating the Sale of Waste
Lands belonging to the Crown in the Australian
'Colonies."
Deposit on the purchase-money, Ten pounds
per centum.

Lot No. 7, containing 5 acres, 1 rood, and
35 perches.
Lot No. 13, containing 5 acres, 0 roods, and
7 perches.
Lot No. 14, containing 4 acres, 0 roods, and
12 perches.
