Colonial Secretary's Office,
Auckland, 18th December, 1843.

HIS Excellency the Officer Administering
the Government directs it to be notified,
that the under-mentioned Lots of Land, which
had been offered to Public competition on the
24th November, 1842, but not sold on that
day, have subsequently been disposed of by
Private Contract, to Messrs. Thomas Cawkwell
and Peter Rhodes, at the price below stated:—

Lot No. 10, situate in the District of the
Tamaki, containing sixty-seven acres, one rood,
and thirty-five perches; price £1 per acre.

Lot No. 14, situate in the District of the
Tamaki, containing ninety-two acres, one rood,
and five perches; price £1 per acre.

CROWN GRANT.

Colonial Secretary's Office,
Auckland, 19th December, 1843.

THE under-mentioned Deed of Grant is now
lying ready for delivery to the Grantees,
on application to this Office, on or after Tuesday,
the 26th instant.

TOWN OF AUCKLAND.

  1. JOHN HOBBS, JAMES BULLER, FLORENCE
    GARDINER, JOHN ALFRED LANGFORD, and CAP-
    TAIN JAMES STONE, as Trustees for the Wesleyan
    Chapel, two roods and thirty-one perches,
    Town Lot No. 27, of Section No. 4.
