COUNTY COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of
this Court, for the dispatch of Criminal
business, will be held in the Court House, at
Auckland, on Tuesday, the 19th instant, at
10 o'clock in the forenoon; at which time and
place, all persons bound by recognizance to
appear either as prosecutors, defendants, or
witnesses, are required to attend.
