Auckland, 28th November, 1843.

THE under-mentioned Deed of Grant is
now lying ready for delivery to the
Grantees, on application to this Office, on or
after Monday, the 4th proximo.

  1. JOHN ISRAEL MONTEFIORE and DAVID
    NATHAN, as Trustees for the Jewish Cemetery,
    one acre.

NOTICE—TRANSFER OF LICENSES.

A SPECIAL MEETING of the Justices for
the Town and District of Auckland, will
be holden on Tuesday the 5th day of December
next, at the Police Office, Auckland, at Eleven
o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of re-
ceiving Applications for the Transfer of Publi-
cans Licenses.
