SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of
the Supreme Court for the despatch of
Civil Business, will be holden at the Court
House, Auckland, on Friday, the first day of
September, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon;
and that a sitting for the despatch of Criminal
business, will be holden at the Court House, on
Thursday the seventh day of September, next,
at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which time
and place, ail persons under recognizances to
appear either as prosecutors, defendants, or wit-
nesses, are required to give their attendance.

A SPECIAL MEETING of the Justices
for the Town and District of Auckland,
will be holden on Tuesday, the 5th day of Sep-
tember next, at the Police Office, Auckland, at
eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose
of receiving applications for the transfer of
Publican's Licenses.

NOTICE is hereby given, that Mr. David
Nathan, of Auckland, has sold the shares
held by him in the New Zealand Banking Com-
pany, and ceased from the 7th August, 1843, to
have any interest in the said Company.
7th August, 1843.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the under-
signed having disposed of his shares in
the New Zealand Banking Company, is no
longer a member of the same.
