the east, and 12 miles inland to the west along

right hand entrance to the harbour, including
the sand hills, two runs of fresh water, and along
the bottom of a deep bay which is dry at low
water, one small island in the river; and extens-
ding inward from the water one mile; also the
right hand bank from Mr. Jones land to a run
of fresh water nearly opposite the deep bay, and
to extend one mile inland...
