TENDERS will be received at this Office
until Monday, the third day of April
next, from Persons who may be willing to enter
into a Contract to perform, for the remainder
of the present Year, the Painter's, Plumber's,
and Glazier's Work required by this Govern-
ment.
Security will be required for the due fulft
ment of the Contract.
Further particulars may be obtained on an
application at the Office.

ANNUAL LICENSING MEETING OF
JUSTICES.
A GENERAL Meeting of the Justices for
the Town and District of Auckland, will
be holden at the Police Office, Auckland, on
the first Tuesday in the month of April next,
for the Granting of Licenses for the sale of
Spirits, Wine, Ale, and Beer, for the Year to
commence on the first day of July following, in
accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance
V Vict., Session II, No. 12.

MEETING.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the General
Annual Licensing Meeting for the Dis-
trict of Russell, will be holden at this Office, on
Tuesday, the 18th day of April next, at the
hour of ten in the forenoon, for the purpose of
taking into consideration applications for Li-
censes for the sale of Fermented and Spirituous
Liquors, agreeable to Act of the Governor and
Council, 5th Vict., Sess. II, No. 12.
All applications for such Licenses under this
Ordinance, must be lodged with me at this
Office, on or before Tuesday, the 4th April
next.
