intituled "An Act for the abolition of fines and
recoveries, and for the substitution of more sim-
ple modes of assurance."

NOTICE.—DISSOLUTION OF PARTNER-
SHIP.
THE Partnership heretofore existing between
John Anderson Brown, Alexander Dal-
ziel and Walter Combes, carrying on busi-
ness under the firm of Dalziel & Co., has this
day been dissolved by mutual consent. The
Debts due to the late firm will be received, and
all claims on it must be given in to the said
Alexander Dalziel.
Dated at Auckland, this seventh day of March

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partner-
ship heretofore subsisting between us,
the undersigned Mary Greenwood, George
Oates Greenwood, James Dent Greenwood, and
Joseph Hugh Greenwood, carrying on business
at Bradford, Yorkshire, England; and at Wel-
lington, New Zealand, as Manufacturers, Mer-
chants, and Commission Agents, under the firm
of Greenwood Brothers, was dissolved by mutual
consent on the ninth day of December, 1841.
