COUNTY COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a sitting of
the County Court, for the despatch of
criminal business, will be holden at the Court
House, at Kororareka, Bay of Islands, on Tues-
day the 17th day of January next, at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon, at which time and place, all
persons under recognizances to appear either as
prosecutors, defendants or witnesses, are required
to give their attendance.

The Court will be open for the despatch of
civil business on the following day.

THE FARMS on the River Tamaki, advertised in the Government
Gazette, by the Notice dated the 25th October, 1842, have (with the
exception of Lots Nos, 5, 6, 10, 14, 15, 19, 20, and 21), been sold to the
under-mentioned Parties, by Auction, at Auckland, on the 24th Novem-
ber, 1842, and the price affixed to each respectively has been received.
