SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of
the SUPREME COURT for the despatch of
Criminal Business, will be holdeu at the Court
House, in Auckland, on MONDAY, the 28th day
of February, inst., at ten o'clock in the forenoon;
at which time and place, all persons under Re-
cognizances to appear either as Prosecutors, De-
fendants, or Witnesses, are desired to give their
attendance.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THIS is to give Notice, that the Partnership
firm of MORTON and DUCROS, is this day dissolved
by mutual consent. All persons having demands
against the late firm, are requested to forward in
their respective claims without delay; and all
those indebted will please settle the same with
Mr. R. M. MORTON, who is duly authorized to re-
ceive the same, and who holds himself responsible
for all debts contracted by the said firm.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a SPECIAL
PETTY SESSION of the Magistrates of
this Town and District, will be holden at the
Police Office, Auckland, on the first Tuesday in
the ensuing month of March, for the purpose of
considering any application which may be made
for the transfer of Publican's Licenses.
