OTICE is hereby given, that a sitting of
the County Court, for the despatch of
criminal business, will be holden at the Court
House, at Auckland, on Tuesday the 20th in-
stant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which
time and place, all persons under recognizances
to appear either as prosecutors, defendants or
witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
The Court will be open for the despatch of
civil business on the following day.

day the 17th day of January next, at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon, at which time and place, all
persons under recognizances to appear either as
prosecutors, defendants or witnesses, are required
to give their attendance.

civil business on the following day.

OTICE is hereby given that Tenders will
be received at this Office until Saturday
the 31st day of December next. from parties
who may be desirous to rent for the term of
three years, the buildings situate at Russell, Bay
of Islands, consisting of the building used as a
Government Store, a Dwelling House and
Blacksmiths Shop,
Further information may be obtained on an
application to this Office.

conducted at the Government Store, in
Commercial Bay, will in future be carried on
in the building late belonging to the Auckland
Printing Company.

ERSONS willing to contract for supplying
the Government with Ironmongery, Nails,
&c., of every description, for the year 1843,
commencing 1st January, are requested to send
to the Colonial Storekeeper before the 24th of
December next, a list of all articles, with prices
annexed, for which they may wish to tender.

HE partnership hitherto carried on between
Thomas Henry and Philip Lavers, of
Auckland, as Builders, is this day dissolved by
mutual consent, all persons having any claims
against the said firm are requested to forward
them for settlement to Mr. Thomas Henry, who
is also authorised to receive all monies and
debts due to the said firm.
