Auckland, 2nd November, 1842.

A Eleven o'clock on Saturday, the 24th of
December, 1842, the Colonial Treasurer
will put up to Auction at the Treasury, the un-
der-mentioned Suburban Allotments, on the
terms authorized by Government.

Further information respecting the Land may
be obtained from the Surveyor-General, and re-
specting the conditions of sale from the Colonial
Treasurer.

Upset price—£10 per Acre.
