SALE OF GOVERNMENT STORES.


ON THURSDAY the 15th of September, at
eleven o'clock in the forenoon, Messrs.
Mason and Paton will Sell by Auction at the
Government Store, Auckland, a quantity of
Agricultural Implements, Horse and Bullock
Harness, Horse Medicines and other Stores be-
longing to Government. Further particulars
will be made known previous to the Sale, and
any information given on application to

MR. PERCIVAL BERREY, of this Town,
has been duly sworn a Notary Public
under the requisition from the Commissary of
Faculties of Great Britain and Ireland.

September 3, 1842.

NOTICE.


IMPOUNDED in Her Majesty's Pound at
Auckland, for breach of Ordinance V Vic-
toria, Session II, No. 16, the following animals,
viz:-

Seven goats and one kid
No. 1. A black she goat with both ears split.
No. 2. A speckled she goat white and black.
No. 3. A grey she goat.
No. 4. A speckled fawn coloured she goat.
Nos. 5 and 6. Both fawn coloured she goats.
No. 7. One brown he-goat.
No. 8. A speckled kid, white and brown.

ALSO,

Two black pigs-one a barrow pig, and the other
a sow.

If the above animals be not claimed within
four days, they will be sold to defray the lien
and charges, according to Law. The Sale will
take place at the said Pound, at 11 o'clock,
P. M.
