len, under the firm of Hoggard & Pollen, mer-
chants, Auckland, is this day dissolved by mutual
consent. Mr. Hoggard is authorized to receive
all debts, and settle all accounts, due to or by
the said firm. Dated this 31st day of May,
1842.
