TENDERS will be received at the office of
the Superintendent of the Domain, until
noon of Wednesday the 27th instant, from persons
willing to contract for draining the lower parts
of Jermyn-street, and Eden-crescent.

Plans of the Drains required, and specifications
of the work may be seen at the Office of the
Superintendent of the Government Domain, to
whom parties are referred for information.

SALE OF SUBURBAN ALLOTMENTS.

AT eleven o'clock on Monday the sixteenth
day of May next, previously advertised for
the second proximo, the Colonial Treasurer will
put up to AUCTION, at the Treasury, the under-
mentioned SUBURBAN ALLOTMENTS, on the Term
authorized by Government.

Further information respecting the Land may
be obtained from the Surveyor-General, and
respecting the conditions of Sale from the
Colonial Treasurer.

Upset Price—£1 per Acre.
