COUNTY COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of
the COUNTY COURT for the despatch of
Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court
House in Auckland, on TUESDAY, the 19th
day of April, instant, at Ten o'clock in the
forenoon. All persons under Recognizances
to appear, either as Prosecutors, Defendants, or
Witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
The Court will be open for the despatch of
Civil business on the following day.

ANNUAL LICENSING MEETING.
NOTICE is hereby given that the General
Annual Licensing Meeting for the Town-
ship and District of Russell, will be held at the
Police Office, Kororarika, on Tuesday the 19th
day of April next, at the hour of ten in the fore-
noon, for the purpose of taking into consideration
applications for Licenses for the sale of Fermented
and Spirituous Liquors, agreeable to Act of Coun-
cil, 5th Vic., Ses. II, No. 11.

AT eleven o'clock on Monday the sixteenth
day of May next, previously advertised for
the second proximo, the Colonial Treasurer will
put up to AUCTION, at the Treasury, the under-
mentioned PORTIONS OF LAND, on the Terms
authorized by Government.
Further information respecting the Land may
be obtained from the Surveyor-General, and
respecting the conditions of Sale from the
Colonial Treasurer.
