His Excellency the GOVERNOR has this day
been given to the following Ordinances of Coun-
cil:—

Session II, No. 1.—An Ordinance for estab-
lishing a Supreme Court.

Session II, No. 2.—An Ordinance to regulate
the Constitution of Juries.

Session II, No. 3.—An Ordinance for estab-
lishing County Courts of Civil and Criminal
Jurisdiction, and for repealing an Ordinance for
establishing Courts of Request, Session I, No. 6.;
and for repealing part of an Ordinance for estab-
lishing Courts of Quarter Sessions, Session I,
No. 4.
